3. SHOPIFY INTEGRATION
If you connect a Shopify store, you authorize ShipMeTrend to access and process
Shopify data according to the permissions granted by you and the functionality

ShipMeTrend will not intentionally use Shopify protected customer data for
unrelated advertising or marketing purposes.
You remain responsible for your Shopify store, your products, your merchant
obligations, and your relationship with your customers.
4. STORE CONNECTION AND AUTHORIZATION
A connected Shopify store must be associated with the correct ShipMeTrend
workspace and authorized through the normal ShipMeTrend connection process.
You must not attempt to:
– Connect a store that you do not control or have authority to manage
– Circumvent account or store authorization controls
– Access another merchant’s workspace
– Manipulate integration identifiers or authorization information
– Bypass security, tenant-isolation, or permission controls
ShipMeTrend may reject, disconnect, or suspend an integration where ownership,
authorization, or security cannot be reasonably verified.
5. ORDERS AND ORDER CHANGES
ShipMeTrend may display, validate, prepare, synchronize, or otherwise process
eligible ecommerce orders.
Where an order-edit function is available, changes may only be performed
through supported workflows and subject to applicable platform limitations,
authorization, order state, and eligibility.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving material order changes before
they are committed where the Service requires merchant approval.
ShipMeTrend is not responsible for errors caused by inaccurate merchant data,
unauthorized instructions, third-party platform limitations, or changes made
outside ShipMeTrend.
6. INVENTORY INFORMATION
ShipMeTrend may display inventory information from multiple sources.
Inventory represented in a connected ecommerce platform may differ from
inventory physically held, received, reserved, damaged, unavailable, or
otherwise recorded by ShipMeTrend.
You acknowledge that different inventory values may represent different
operational concepts.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, inventory information should not be treated
as a guarantee that a specific unit will remain available until fulfillment is
completed.
7. FULFILLMENT SERVICES
ShipMeTrend may provide or coordinate fulfillment and related operational
services.
A fulfillment request may be subject to requirements including:
– Valid order information
– Inventory availability
– Payment or credit requirements
– Operational review
– Address validation
– Required documentation
– Merchant approval
– Carrier or warehouse availability
– Compliance requirements
A status indicating that an order or batch is prepared, approved, or ready does
not necessarily mean that the shipment has already been handed to a carrier or
completed.
ShipMeTrend may place a fulfillment request on hold where required information,
payment, inventory, compliance documentation, or authorization is missing.
8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipment and tracking information may be obtained from carriers, warehouses,
logistics providers, or other third parties.
Estimated delivery dates, transit times, and tracking updates are estimates
unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
ShipMeTrend does not control carrier networks, customs authorities, weather,
transportation disruptions, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Delays may occur because of:
– Carrier disruptions

ShipMeTrend may provide operational notices regarding holidays, warehouse
closures, transportation interruptions, or other events that may affect
fulfillment or logistics.
These notices are provided to assist planning and may change as circumstances
develop.
Merchants remain responsible for planning inventory, order timing, promotions,
and customer communications based on their business requirements.
10. RETURNS AND EXCEPTIONS
Return and exception workflows may be subject to:
– Applicable merchant policies
– Carrier requirements
– Product condition
– Warehouse eligibility
– Applicable fees
– Required documentation
– Operational approval
Creating a return request does not guarantee acceptance, refund, replacement,
or any specific resolution unless expressly confirmed by ShipMeTrend.
11. INBOUND AND OUTBOUND REQUESTS
Merchants may submit inbound or outbound logistics requests through supported
features.
You are responsible for providing accurate information concerning:
– Products
– Quantities
– Cartons
– Origin
– Destination
– Expected dates
– Carrier information
– Shipping documents
– Contact information
– Customs or compliance information where applicable
ShipMeTrend may reject, delay, or request correction of incomplete or
inconsistent requests.
12. QUOTES AND QUOTATIONS
Merchants may request quotations for eligible products or services.
A quote request is not an offer, acceptance, purchase order, or binding
commitment.
A quotation becomes binding only when accepted according to the applicable
quotation terms and any required commercial or operational conditions are
satisfied.
Unless otherwise stated in the quotation:
– Prices may change after the validity period expires
– Freight, duties, taxes, customs charges, insurance, storage, special handling,
or other charges may be separate
– Lead times are estimates
– Availability is subject to confirmation
The terms stated in a specific quotation may supplement these Terms.
13. FEES, BILLING, AND PAYMENT
Fees may include software, fulfillment, logistics, warehousing, shipping,
handling, sourcing, operational, or other service charges.
Applicable fees may be presented through:
– The ShipMeTrend application
– A subscription or service plan
– A quotation
– An invoice
– A transaction record
– A separate written agreement
You agree to pay applicable fees according to the terms presented for the
relevant service.
Certain fulfillment or operational actions may remain unavailable until
required payment, credit, or payment verification conditions are satisfied.
Taxes, duties, customs charges, carrier charges, or similar third-party costs
may apply separately where disclosed or legally required.
ShipMeTrend may suspend paid services for overdue amounts where permitted by
law and the applicable commercial arrangement.
14. FILES AND PAYMENT DOCUMENTS
Where the Services allow documents or payment-related evidence to be uploaded,
you represent that you are authorized to provide those files.
Uploaded files may be subject to:
– Access controls
– Malware scanning
– Validation
– Manual review
– Retention controls
Uploading a payment document does not by itself establish that payment has
been received, cleared, or verified.
ShipMeTrend may require separate verification before an operational status is
advanced.
15. SUPPORT
ShipMeTrend may provide support through the client portal, email, or other
supported channels.
Support messages should contain only information reasonably necessary to
address the request.
Response times may vary depending on:
– Priority
– Complexity
– Service availability
– Business hours
– Operational conditions
Unless expressly agreed in writing, no specific response-time service-level
agreement is created by these Terms.
16. API AND WEBHOOKS
Where API or webhook functionality is available, you are responsible for:
– Protecting credentials
– Restricting access
– Validating webhook signatures where applicable
– Securing receiving systems
– Using integrations only for authorized purposes
– Revoking credentials that may have been compromised
You must not intentionally overwhelm, probe, abuse, interfere with, or attempt
to bypass security controls of ShipMeTrend systems.
ShipMeTrend may apply reasonable technical limits to protect service stability
and security.

ShipMeTrend may allow authorized users to request exports of account or
operational data.
